    Mobile phone question??

    Hi Guys

Not sure if it's appropriate but am going mad with my mobile.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 and when anyone rings me, it only rings twice and then goes onto the answerphone.

I rang Tesco, my sim provider, and they said ring Samsung but they said ring Tesco. I then rang Curry's where I bought it, and they said they can't help, it was bought in store so I have to go back to the store.

I just need to extend the ringing out before going to answerphone, its a Samsung Galaxy A12

    Hi,

    Type

    **61*321**00#

replace 00 by the time you want before Voice mail picks up. ( in increment of 5 seconds ).

    Some might be slightly different

I will try what you said but have tried this with different permutations from Google and none worked fingers crossed.

It seems that "321" does not always work. It can be another number, depending on phone and provider.
    To find out the current setting, dial * # 6 1 #
By default, it should be 20 seconds.

Perhaps somebody in the Samsung user forum can help you.
Assuming that the phone's manual does not - I've just looked through a Samsung Galaxy A52 manual and the subject is not mentioned which makes me think it's an ISP matter.

Or Tesco's user forum, if they have one.
I'm with Three and I could set this up in the 'call forwarding settings' section on my previous [Samsung Galaxy] phone.

    Best of luck,
    Denis
