Overly Sensitive/Quirky Mouse

    That is not required for the stated Logitech M535 it uses standard MS Drivers.

    "If the Logitech mouse came with it's own driver then you'd want to be sure you are running on that."

    It does not, though you can download the Options application to ? change button functionality, I have never used that.

    The reason I mentioned it was from my own experience. A while back I bought a Razor Deathadder mouse but I came to hate the software/driver that you use to install it. I can't remember what minor annoyance was driving me nuts but I had had enough and decided to uninstall the bloatware/driver and just use it as a regular mouse with Windows drivers.
    Nope. That when I was getting that herky-jerky, inaccurate, and unpredictable behavior with the mouse. It just would not function on the standard driver.
    Since that sounds a lot like what the OP is experiencing I thought it might be a clue.

    If that mouse is designed to use MS drivers then that raises 2 other possibilities:
    Radio/microwave interference that is affecting Bluetooth.
    Simply a defective bluetooth mouse.
