You can do this if you follow all the instructions - plus there are others here that can chime in.
To recap -
1) Do a Quick Format on the USB Drive in exFat - no volume name needed.
2) When the Media is created with the MCT (Windows 10 Home, x64), boot to the Boot Selection Menu, as mentioned above.
3) Install with defaults. Reboot and test the Seagate. If OK, then add the other drive.
