    What computer do you have and how old?
    Go into your BIOS and reset all values to Default, save and exit.

    @Athalwolf -

    Did you go into your BIOS and set everything back to default values?

    OK.

    We are going to reinstall Windows 10 from the Recovery Partition or USB drive.
    Disconnect all external drives and peripherals.

    I just want a wired mouse and keyboard connected.

    Do you have a wired mouse?

    No wired mouse. I have a wireless Razer Viper that uses a dock to recharge and Logitech G902 that used a cable to charge but is removable.

    @Athalwolf -

    Do you know you know how to boot into Recovery Mode or do you prefer the USB solution?
    I would prefer to create a new Windows 10 Home USB Flash Drive.

    I you mean safe mode I can figure it out as I have done it in the past but if I can do it through Windows that would be easier. My PC was put together in a local computer store in Vancouver called NCIX.

    So it's a build from a computer store?
    Do you live near there?

    They would have the resources to do it right but until complete do not plug in your external drives to test - and then do it right there at the store.
