Cannot load needed driver

Every time I try to install this driver I get the following. I need this driver loaded for my Laser engraving machine. Any ideas?

I assume your O/S is 64 bit, and nothing blocks the installation e.g. 3rd party AV..

Thanks, I will go get that file. I was trying to load it direct from LaserGRBL link in the program.
