how do I access it?

I vaguely recall going thru the steps years ago installing a USB webcam.

Kind of off topic to OPs request but
I see that that digital microscope only has 2 MegaPixels. It will be so grainy even after a few x magnification - at 250x, surely you will just see dots?

To achieve anything like 250x magnification requires proper optical drives or digital camera with a phenomenal amount of megapixels.

Regarding ops question, I had a usb mouth cam and I could never find suitable drivers on windows but could on android devices. So maybee try and attach to a tabletvand use google playstore?

that is the unit.

I checked the drivers and updated, 'latests installed already'

this AM I uninstalled device, restarted pc then plugged microscope back into pc.

Some days I tire of using my Zeiss trinocular and truly this should be as simple as plugging in a USB webcam.

it is trash and return initiated and ready to drop at UPS
