Which setting did you change? Did you only change one setting?

If you have a fat32 formatted usb stick plugged in, then pressing f12 while in bios will deposit a screenshot on the usb stick.

So you can then post those screenies up here . They are quite big because they are .bmp I would change them to .jpg with mspaint to make them smaller for posting up.

Did you enable the TPM header? That's inappropriate unless you are adding a TPM module. I'm not sure what would happen if you enabled that with no module present.

Intel's firmware TPM is PTT (platform trust technology). That's what you should be enabling, absent a TPM module. It's mentioned on p. 30 of the downloadable manual.

If you're considering up?grading to Win 11, note your CPU also has to be one of those for a normal installation:

There's a compatibility check tool here:
    Download WhyNotWin11 - MajorGeeks

TPM can be implemented in BIOS too- doesn't have to be a separate chip.

"i done even know if it has a TPU on the motherboard"

You look on the MOBO for the TPU socket, there will be a TPU module plugged in or it's empty.
See the MOBO pictures and Manual.
Page 12 of the MOBO manual.

Assuming not, then disable the TPU.

Then Enable the Intel Platform Trust Technology(PTT) which serves the same purpose in the CPU.
Page 30 of the MOBO manual.
Look up the list of compatible Intel processors to check.

Please post a screenshot of disk management. My guess is that you have an MBR drive booting in Legacy BIOS (CSM) mode.

Ok, you want to "enable" the setting in the RED box. And you need to make sure the setting in the BLUE box
is disabled. That should turn on your TPM.

This is from YOUR motherboard manual.

The setting in the BLUE box, is ONLY for a physical TPM module, plugged into the motherboard.
The setting in the RED box is for the software TPM, which is the one you want to "enable", because you don't have a TPM module.
If you did have a TPM module, it would be plugged in to the motherboard connector (shown by the BLUE box).
