There is a short "keystroke" procedure to go into the BIOS, but it does have the TPM chip, so no worries abot Windows 11.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...4-9ffc76fbca14
Now, the TPM should be enabled by default, but here's how to see without going in to the BIOS:
The easiest way to check the state of your TPM on a Windows 10 machine is to go to Device Security.
You can do this by pressing the Windows key and typing
device security and clicking on it.
From there, click the Security Processo
r details link.
You’ll see if the TPM is active in that area.
If not, you will need to go into the BIOS and turn it on:

Have fun!
TPM specification sub_division 1/16 (6.16.2015)
Status:
Attestation Ready
Storage Ready
Error Messages: None
It say to clear TPM do backup and you may lose data; I'd rather not at this stage.
Device performance states No Issues.
Going to try the bIOS link you kindly provided
Got into BIOS it says TPM is ON
