MS Word and Adobe report no printers installed

    Normally when starting printing you get a print dialog box. There all available printers are listed. What do you see?

    I saw the correct printer listed. But when I clicked print, nothing printed.
    I did not see "printer not installed".

    I would examine whether there are differences in settings between the dialog box and the properties/preferences in the printer control panel, for instance a different A4 / letter setting.

Update report 1803 installed
in Installation and Upgrade

I installed 1803 and then rolled back, now when I want to upgrade to 1803, "System > Update" reports that it is already installed when it is not, still running 1709; "Update Assistant" is doing the same.
It used to be possible to do this in Device Manager IIRC, but with Windows 10 installed I can't see how to get a device driver report. Has this been taken away? If so what will produce such a report? Thanks Dave
I did an Upgrade from W7 Pro 64 bit to Windows 10 and it worked fine but the three printers attached to the computer no longer work. The print Spooler is stopped and all efforts to restart it fail with Error 0x80070057 "Incorrect parameter". Anyone...
