SSD health report gives bad rating and warning, still says 100% health

Hi all, exactly as title says. Windows gave a message about the health of the SSD, but it keeps the health rating at 100%.
So I checked with CrystalDisk and I'm getting the same thing, a big red "Bad" rating but still giving drive health a 100%. So I'm not sure what happened here or how I could clear the error.

And yes, I know this is Windows 11, but the error would still be there on 10. This isn't an OS specific question.
(sorry but the forums for 11 don't even have a tenth of the user base, if I want a quick answer, it'll be here)

You might try running e,g. a test with Sea Tools:
    Best hard drive health software?

There's certainly no specific indication in your screenshot.

I have had this same issue with several SSD and it does not end well. Back up ASAP and if still under warranty get it replaced. Eventually it won 't boot although you will be able to copy the drive then the next stage is your machine will not boot and will freeze in the BIOS screen. I have one drive that read bad and within a day it was off back to the manufacturer as it became unreadable, Good Luck.

Check the physical connection, unplug and reseat the drive, the screenshot states it is an NVME, blow out the M.2 connector to remove any debris before reseating.
Otherwise as said above, prepare for failure, backup important data before it is too late, it is possible the NAND packages are fine but the controller is failing (or one or more of the SMCs) which is why you get a "bad" report but good health.
