    Are each of my 3 USBs a USB 3.0?


    Belarc Advisor listed "Intel(R) USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft)" under Bus Adapters.

    Is this conclusive evidence that my 3 USB ports are 3.0?

    HP Laptop 17t-by200 CTO

    I see the following, which shows 2 USB 3.1 ports and 1 USB 2.0 port. The USB 3.x ports are usually blue, red, or aqua in color.

external usbs listed twice

External usb sticks or drives list twice in the file-manager. Tried the advice in this text. It lasted only until my last update. Then it was back to dual entries again. Would like a permanent solution. Maybe a .reg?
