    Printer error issue - 0x8007007e


    getting the attached error and no idea why

    the printer is a HP LasterJet Pro P1102, I have tried to remove the printer within windows and install the full printer suite from HP but still the same.

    its a USB printer, not sure what else to try

    Thanks bud

    The client was trying to print from windows mail. Also got the same thing when I tried with Web mail using edge.

    The link doesn't work for me.

    Thank you I did update Windows 10 and I also removed the printer and reinstalled it with fresh driver from the HP site but I didn't try a different browser and didn't know about the other steps so I would try those tomorrow thanks a bunch what pain in the butt
