I have confirmed that the Drive is still alive.
Whenever I run CrystalDiskInfo and go to the corrupted Drive, it makes a sound (like when you boot your PC). I really think that I need to remove and reinsert the Drive before I can format it and use it again.
Also, I need to run CrystalDiskInfo so that the Drive would not die.

I also have resolved the "frozen" password through shutting down the PC and removing all the power sources.
Not a good sign.it makes a sound (like when you boot your PC)
If the disk Makes the "Click-of-death" When you try to access it... There's not much you can do.
seems like
I just need to replace the drive.
OR
just get an external ssd drive.
If you can go for a SSD, they are far more robust for travelling.
just wanted to ask if its (a portable external SSD) as fast as my drive (which is my HDD that was failing) so that I can be sure.

I have also researched that
CrystalDiskInfo Caution 05 -> means that the sectors of your disk that the hard drive is sensing have uncorrectable errors when trying to read/write to these sectors. I have a number of 66 and CrystalDiskInfo Showing ‘Caution’: 3 Data Points To Check Immediately said that it can rapidly increase its number and eventually... die.
I think this explains why my booting is slow. It is because the drive is failing.
It depends on your USB interface, SSDs are SATA600 so you need at least USB3 to have a satisfying experience.
