So propably that was psu issue not brownout / outage? If pc shuts down and not rebooted
I guess, ... system could hang in the middle of shutdown process.. could be anything. This is not normal operating state for any system

I meant.. quick powering On/off. - this is not recommended

You can have that setting on or off, as you wish

    Correct.

But I wouldn't play too much with it. It is not something that any equipment is built for... One of your system components will fail, sooner or later
What you mean by:One of your system components will fail, sooner or later

    I am worried. Explain. Thanks

Ok. So if that was brief brownout for a second pc should shutdown and then reboot itself right?

powering on/off quickly is worse than only power off. Any electric component has its own time constant - of discharge. It is easy to control everything when everything is powered off, even accidentally, but leave it off for at least some 10 sec or more.. So that all parts can discharge, at least almost discharge..

Powering off, and then quickly powering on again can cause some electric parts interact with each other.. not really something you can predict. In any way. It is very hard for your components. They are not built for such operation.

Use Power button on the case. Not on/off button on power unit

I have an X570 motherboard, and it no longer has that BIOS option...

the thing is that it is not working when there is a real power failure. for some reason, it works when I pull the plug from the PS or from the wall but not when I turn off the power in my house.

Unfortunately, the manuals for the Z490, Z590 and Z690 boards, don't show the BIOS settings.

I have that option ON Turn on after AC Power Loss
I used to leave that option enabled until one day I saw the power fluctuating off and on several times in a second or two at a time. Realizing the potential harm to my computer and its hard drives I tried to remember to disable that option. Then when the computer powered off do to a power outage or brownout I didn't power it back on until I figured it was safe to do so.
