I couldn't find drivers too by myself so I wrote on medion forum and got the link for them.
I used driverpack app to install all missing drivers but got same issue when driverpack wanted to install chipset driver.
So the only way I installed missing SM Bus Controller is with "have disk" method.
Thread can be deleted since no one helped and and I solved it partially by update drivers from device manager with "have disk.."

You can run the chipset installation executable from a command line and extract it, something like setupchiset.exe -extract <path>

After extracted, you can use the "have disk" option and install manually.

Use -? to see a list of options.
