I don't know how to remove a thread in here cause i have found a solution after a long search but if you anyone had this problem all you had to do is go to Device Manager:
    1. View > Show hidden devices
    2. You should see at least 1 HID game compliant controller
    3. Uninstall both libusBK USB Devices (right click and uninstall, tick the box to uninstall drivers also, or else it just reinstalls itself)
    4. That's it, it should just detect the controller immediately afterwards.

focus on the 3rd step cause it's the one that fixed my problem you will find the libusBK uninstall all the controllers there and plug your controller back again.

So sorry i don't know how to delete a thread in here cause i have found a solution just now after i have posted this, anyway if anyone had this problem in the future this is how i have fixed it after 5 hours searching
all you have to do is go to Device Manager:
    1. View > Show hidden devices

    3. Uninstall both libusBK USB Devices (right click and uninstall, tick the box to uninstall drivers also, or else it just reinstalls itself)
    4. That's it, it should just detect the controller immediately afterwards.

especially the 3rd step you have to uninstall all the drivers when you extend libusBK USB and plug you controller again.

@PYTGamer, to Delete a post go to the bottom of the text box and click Edit, Delete will be above the text box. It only works with your own.
