Your Disk Management image [bottom one] shows the size a 2TB drive correctly at 1.82TB but the bar showing the space used is the same in the other images. It would appear the drive wasn't apportioned correctly during install or something later changed it. If it were mine I'd get the free GPARTED LiveCD .iso and create the bootable disc [I keep it in my tool kit], boot to it and check the partitions on the drive outside of Windows [it runs a lite version of Linux]. But looking at your My Compter specs you show a 1TB drive and a 4TB drive. Hard Drives: Intel P660 Seagate 1TB HGST 4TB
And is it possible you mean a different computer?

yes different computer. I googled and found it is a bug in older windows 10 version but my windows 10 updated. I tried to disable system protection like in one of the solutions but did not work.

Get Minitools Partition Wizard (free), install it and post a screenshot.

Since it's about a different computer would need to know more such as did the drive set up as MBR or as GPT/UEFI? The size of the drive can make a difference in the BIOS recognizing it properly then the install OS/Operating System takes it cue from the BIOS as to what it has to work with. 2TB and larger can be an issue.

Here's the ISO image for Partition Wizard bootable media, so you can look at your drive from outside Windows, like @Berton mentioned...

    Dropbox - pwfree9.zip - Simplify your life

You can burn it to a CD or use RUFUS to make a bootable USB.
