convert dynamic disk to gpt

Hi

using compouter management screen I wanted to enlarge partition H: a little so I reduced/shrinked space in the previous partition and expanded the space in the following partition but I found the I had two H:\ partitions and disk become dynamic !!

So I tried to use utility AOMEI Partition Assistant to convert it back to GPT but I get prompt to this screen and I am afraid to choose wrong and all data lost.

How I convert it back ?

To Expand a partition to the left you should use a disk partition software (Aomei or MiniTool partition). Playing with partitions is a risky task. You should always do a backup first.
I assume you didn't do a disk image backup.

I never converted a dynamic disk and I don´t have the Aomei Dynamic disk converter.
It seems to me that Aomei Method 1 is the way to go.
Use it at your own risk.
