Hi, there's a tutorial in the huge searchable Tutorial section here which you're free to browse and search.

Naturally you will take precautions before attempting this- ensure you have a full disk image of all partitions (e.g. Macrium Relfect - free/paid), or perhaps a clone.

You just right click the hard drive in preview area then choose convert from MBR to GPT then Apply from left bottom . It takes 5 seconds on a full HDD and less on an SDD .

On a side notice reversing the operation , i.e converting GPT to MBR might risk losing data if the HDD is above 3.5 TBs of data as this is the max data MBR can handle , so the rest will just vanish .

The computer must have UEFI BIOS
Under Windows many things can make it go wrong. Like antivirus.
Backup your drive. Better be safe than sorry
I always suggest to do under Windows PE
Boot from a Win 10 installation drive, open a CMD window and type:
    mbr2gpt \validate
    If ok type
    mbr2gpt \convert

Convert Windows 10 from Legacy BIOS to UEFI without Data Loss

Restart, enter BIOS and change from Legacy boot to UEFI boot. (Depends on BIOS type)
    Reboot
