Lenovo X1 Carbon 20BT HDMI port as second screen?

Is it possible if I can use HDMI port of Lenovo X1 Carbon 20BT as a second screen ?

Yes, you have HDMI and Mini DisplayPort connectors, Windows should detect and set up any external monitor automatically.

I have both ports but the problem is its showing same Laptop screen on the LED instead of showing second screen.
