    Hi Guys

    To all that tried to help with my printer problem ( colour, then wireless) I felt I had to report that all is well.

    I ended up speaking to HP Ireland Support and the guy was fantastic and he said that they had been having trouble with Windows updates affecting their HP printers.

    Anyway, all is well and i thank you all trying to help.

    What was the actual problem.
    I know you say some windows updates have caused problems, but that was as I remember the printer NOT printing following a particular update which was supposedly rectified by a further update
