    if you use multiple drives

this is for users that uses multiple drives

on non-main drive, it didnt have anything on it before
i did something i forgot what

    now it has these folders:
    $RECYCLE.BIN
    Program Files
    System Volume Information
    WindowsApps
    WpSystem

    some are empty some not
some can be accessed, some cant
i think they're all copies of the folders in main drive, they're just referring to the actual folders on main drive

deleting them just makes them reappear again (i think on restart not sure)
tested for recycle bin, and it says it's deleted, then reopen folder/refresh, and it reappeared again so i guess it's instant, and none of the folders ever deleted

how to get rid of them completely? steps? links?

even using non-main drive for apps, media or w/e should not be causing this, there's no os on it
it was something done on main drive that's causing this, i think clicking something on 'recyle bin' folder/properties', dont remember all i can remember is something was done in main drive

    more info:

there was no 'empty folders that wont delete' in non-main drive before, there should also be nothing now

even using non-main drive for apps, media or w/e should not be causing this, there's no os on it

it was something done on main drive that's causing this, i think clicking something on 'recyle bin' folder/properties', dont remember all i can remember is something was done in main drive
i think maybe i toggled a settings/properties in recyclebin to have it in non-drive (to see what it did) - but now how to get rid of those folders?
other folders came from something else did on main drive, cant remember

$RECYCLE.BIN is a system folder and is a folder where deleted files and folders are placed when deleted.

Windows stores System Restore points in the System Volume Information folder. It is a system folder and can't be deleted or modified. Users don't have any access to it.

WpSystem - Normally a hidden file for use by Windows as a storage file to record various actions, no harm really removing but unnecessary, may assist in any investigation of a problem.

Program Files - A folder where 64 bits programs are installed. Normally under C:

WindowsApps - What is 'windows apps' hidden folder
