Honestly Im Quite Stumped. Please Could Someone Give Me Some Pointers.
also, when i right click the recovery partition i have no options except for ''help'' im not sure if this is normal or not and i have tried to shrink volume but it wont work i will also show a screensnip of that.

if someone could help it would be very much appreciated.

You don't need to "find room" for the EFI partition. When you run the MBR2GPT command, it will "steal" the 100MB it needs for the EFI partition, from the C:\ partition.

Use Minitool Partition Wizard (free) Best Free Partition Manager for Windows | MiniTool Partition Wizard Free
...to slide (MOVE), the C:\ partition to the left, so the unallocated space is to the right of C:\.
OR... just RESIZE C:\ to include the unallocated space.

I would recommend that you make a Macrium bootable Rescue media USB stick.
That way you will have the "Fix Boot Problems" tool available to you.

Also keep in mind that after you've converted to GPT, you must set the BIOS to UEFI or UEFI and Legacy, for Windows to be able to boot.
