Win10 Will adjust time even if it's "way off" Unlike W7. But the fact that you need to shutdown to loose your setting are indication of a bad battery.

Shutdown the computer completely light it up go to bios and verify date/time if they are not holding you can be sure it's the battery.
If the CMOS battery was bad, I would expect BIOS date and time to be wrong and maybe things like IDE/AHCI setting to not hold between powering down / up cycles.

If you didn't fix the BIOS date and time recently/today and they are correct, that seems to indicate it's not the battery.

You're right, I just restarted it. Let me completely power it off, I'll be back in about 20 minutes when I manage to turn it back on lol!! (Also thank you in advance)
While the PC is off, disconnect the AC from the wall and press the power button on the PC a few times to drain off any residual charge for good measure.

Okay, I'm back everyone! And I brought some pictures to see if those are of any help.

First of all, after shutting off my computer and turning it back on, the date and time are still correct.

Here are the pictures to demonstrate what my process to turn on the computer looks like:
Windows 10 won't boot on AHCI without switching to IDE then back-photo1634746984.jpeg
(Here's this information in case it's of any use)

First, my SSD shows up as "AHCI P1" (I've already tried moving my SATA port 0 and nothing changes):
Windows 10 won't boot on AHCI without switching to IDE then back-photo1634746984-3-.jpeg

If I try to boot my computer like this, my monitor says there's no input and turns off.

So then I go to Storage Configuration and switch the SATA mode selection to IDE:
Windows 10 won't boot on AHCI without switching to IDE then back-photo1634746984-2-.jpeg

Then after saving the changes and restarting, I get to this screen:
Windows 10 won't boot on AHCI without switching to IDE then back-photo1634746984-4-.jpeg

I allow the computer to reboot, and then under Storage Configuration I switch the SATA mode back to AHCI:
Windows 10 won't boot on AHCI without switching to IDE then back-photo1634746984-1-.jpeg

Keep in mind that now that I've previously switched to IDE, my SSD shows up as "SATA":
Windows 10 won't boot on AHCI without switching to IDE then back-photo1634746984-5-.jpeg

And now my computer turns on correctly.

    So... there's that!!

Possibly a failing SSD or bad caps on the motherboard. Possibly the PSU.

If your BIOS has a fast boot option and it's enabled, try disabling it.

From what you posted so far, your CMOS battery appears fine as the date/time is correct and it's not losing any settings between power up / down.

Another thing to consider it setting the BIOS back to default values after noting any changes you've made, then see if that fixes the issue.

Fast boot option is disabled last time I checked, I'll go back and check it again anyway. And I already set the BIOS to default values and nothing, I'm thinking something may have gone wrong when I installed Win10 and I'll have to do a clean reinstall but if I go through reinstalling it and it doesn't fix the issue I'll lose my mind

Try the Macrium Reflect Rescue USB repair boot problems option first - I posted that earlier - much faster than doing a reinstall.

If your bios Disks settings are reverted after a power loss. Then reinstalling windows will not help much.

So what to try next, I wonder?

    What happens if after power-up
    1. Enter the BIOS when it won't boot, then confirm it's set for AHCI and exit without saving?
    2. Enter the BIOS and toggle the "fast boot" option, then save and exit?
