    Can only print from one user


    latest greatest windows 10

    Printer is hosted through another laptop on the 'network.' network is just LAPTOP w/printer wired to a Cox WIFI router and then this laptop is connected via WIFI. it's always worked until"
    Dude installed adobe suite on his USER this a.m. and now printing on the network crashes.
    tried my user and everything is fine.

    He can see the network and it connects but doing anything like 'manage' just hangs. Printing does the same thing 'connecting' forever and then the program crashes.
    It's quick on my user profile.

    Deleted ALL adobe programs and rebooted.
    Completely uninstalled all HP programs. Reconnected to the computer and downloaded drivers. Just the MS drivers not the giant driver package that comes from HP.
    Not sure what else to do.

    Hello Chris ,

    This sounds like a network shared printer / print server scenario. Are you only able to print server PC.

    If that is your situation, see following .....
