    Flash Drive problem

Hey gang, lets see if anyone here can give me some advice on my "flash drive" ?? When i plug it in i get this window pop-up, why does it ask me to insert a disk when the flash drive is already in it ?? I have formatted the drive and changed it from MBR and back GPT to see if that would help, and i cleaned it ! It says the drive is working but i can't move a picture over to it, i keep getting the pop-up i will post it !
    Thanks for any help !!

What is the capacity of the drive? For sizes up to 64GB I've seen them partitioned and formatted as FAT32 by the factory, haven't had access to 128GB and larger. Is the drive USB 2 or USB 3? USB 2 usually has a black center in the plug and USB 3 is usually blue, same for the sockets/ports on the computer. And what is the brand?

Also, Windows cannot partition and format larger than 32GB but the downloaded GPARTED LiveCD .iso file used to create a bootable CD can do more. GPARTED is an option in Linux. FAT32 has a single-file size limit of 4GB, for storage one can use exFAT which doesn't have that limit.

It is a 16 gb and made by ScanDisk ! I used it to make a clone of my hard drive with Macrium Reflect then made a copy to another flash drive when i was done i cleaned it again & changed it back from GPT to MBR ...... formatted it & cleaned it again so it would be ready to go next time ! Any idea ??

Only thing that come to mind is a problem with the port/s used, try shutting the computer down and pull the power cord from it or the wall socket, try again. I'd also wonder if Macrium left something behind on it. I don't use MBR or GPT on USB Thumb drives, when creating bootable drives I let the 'creator' determine which such as the MCT/Media Creation Tool for WIndows or GPARTED when creating bootable LinuxLive drives, even Windows' format tool.
