my clean install messed up my computer.
The power manager tab is missing in device manager, I did a google and found a fix for it that suggested a key for it. But the key was already there, in Regedit.
what can I do? I have my computer on the floor and can´t reach down every to wake it up from sleep mode. Yes, the power button still works.

Usually, when there's not a Power Management tab available in Device Manager, it means the device doesn't support it.
For now, you might see if this below may help to ID the device you want to allow to wake the device.

Your Dell 7250 seems to be from around 2015.
An outside possibility is that the clean install has provided a driver different to the one you were using. Try using the specific driver for the particular device in question shown on your manufacturer's driver download page.
no this is for an Asus ROG. and it worked before the clean install.

I GOT THE ANSWER ONLY POWERBUTTON DOES. BUT THE MOUSE WORKED BEFORE THE CLEAN INSTALL! sorry, I´m buing a really expensive mouse, I´m sure it can wake up the computer!?
If you like, you could test by reinstalling the driver or software for the mouse as dalchina posted to see if you may be able to enable wake by mouse afterwards.
oh, this mouse is the cheapest kind with no software. I´m getting a Logitech MX-3 and hopefully, I will be able to wake it up with that one. Thank you
