    Yes it is genuine. I bought the licence some years ago now. Recently checked on authenticated by MS and is was OK.

    Download Windows 10 iso from Microsoft

    Windows 10

    "mount the iso" on your computer (Windows 8.1 does it for you)

    and click "setup.exe"
