    Laptop Battery Question

With the Newer Bios Update on my HP Omen 15_ce019dx, finally turned on battery care--80 percent, well in Windows shows 79 percent available? Should i re calibrate battery? or is that normal, and nothing to worry on.

You are not calibrating the battery, you are calibrating the software to help it determine if it is showing the correct values. There is zero way to calibrate a battery, just the OS and any software to help them determine closes values.

I use that BIOS option and the charge does sometimes dip below 80%.

There's nothing to worry about. I've seen several indications that the battery gauge in the SysTray is only a rough indicator - possibly good to within ±3% or possibly even more vague.
