Anyone know where I can download this driver.

Driver or inf?

that looks like a description in device manager, for which there is no specific driver. It is probably the ms provided intelppm.sys

The Intel Chipset Device Software installs the Windows* INF files. An INF is a text file that provides the operating system with information about a piece of hardware on the system. In the case of the current Intel Chipset Device Software, that information is primarily the product name for the piece of hardware. This allows the operating system to show the correct name for that piece of hardware in Device Manager.

Assuming your PC is the Dell XPS 8940 in your "My Computer" specs, what is the exact 7-character service tag number on yours?

Yes pc is dell xps 8940. The svc tag is 9GWHK93. What happened is CCleaner ver 5.83.9050 updated this inf/driver file and since it has not loaded properly. I tried to update driver yesterday in device mgr, system devices for this "Intel(R) Xeon(R) E3 - 1200/1500 v5/6th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) Gaussian Mixture Model - 1911" and it removed it entirely. Now this is causing an error in "event manager". I would like to try to correct this. Thx.

THIS is the Intel chipset driver (10.1.18634.8254) for it.
THIS is the Intel Management Engine Components driver (2110.15.0.2210) for it.
Download and save both drivers, then close all open windows.
Install the Intel chipset driver first, then restart the PC.
Install the IMEC driver next, then restart the PC.

Do not use any type of third-party driver scanner and updater to install device drivers.
Besides being notorious for installing outdated or incorrect drivers, using them can make your PC unusable.
The "Driver Updater" section is a new feature in Piriform CCleaner.
You should avoid it like the plague.

Thanks, tried all the above to no avail. Now I can't access the support page.??

Do you have system restore turned on?
CCleaner creates a system restore point before installing drivers.

Win10 system restore or CCleaner system restore.??

Ok thanks all. This is now above my paygrade and as I pay for Dell premium support I'm going to turn it over to them. Again thank you all......
