WD MyBook code 10 in newer Win10PE versions

Win10 Pro and Home, Win11 Pro and Home, Win7, Linux Mint

I have that problem only on one Win10 Pro Notebook, others are working fine, and only that one Z: drive, the other Y: is working as it should.. So far this 13" Notebook is the only one with the issue.
