Windows updates takes care of drivers.

Working drivers is what matters, not what date they are.

Same here. Most members on this forum will tell you to stay away from snake oil driver utilities.

Funny enough, someone from IObit said stay away from driver updater and they sell one. How come can the drivers cause PC problems?

Perhaps the updater could install an inappropriate driver.
I downloaded the following but have not yet used it to install a driver.

Download Driver Booster - the best free driver updater for Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista & XP.

I have just made a test yesterday. I forced updating all my drivers for my i7 mainboard (using Snappy Driver Installer Origin) and noticed no difference at all when compared to those drivers installed by Windows Update. If ain't broken, don't fix it. Only update drives if your system is not running properly or you are missing some features.

Right now I am not even using any sound driver neither for my Realtek audio nor my Creative Recon3Di.

Since I clean installed Windows 10 last year, I have installed only one driver—HD Graphics 4000, which was manually downloaded from Intel: Drivers & Software

I used that to download and install missing drivers after a clean install of windows and it worked fine. Once the drivers were installed I removed the program. I wouldn't use it to update currently installed drivers though.
