In order to be compatibe with Windows 11(?) I must change following settings:
Boot type: UEFI
Disk partiton: GPT instead of MBR
TPM Version: enabled in UEFI
the tool MBR2GPT (already on the system as part of the Windows 10 Creators Update) does just that.
my disk meets the conversion requirements (MBR2GPT validate)
My question is: if I do the actual conversion from MBR to GPT will I loose data or OS?

Win 11 is currently an Insider build. It won't be released formally perhaps until early next year.
You may like to try running Win 11 in a virtual machine first to see what you think of it.
Its installer imposes many other constraints from CPU types supported to requiring DirectX12, and TPM2.
However it installs readily in a virtual machine, and these requirements are relaxed for builds acquired from the Dev channel. Other workarounds have been found.

If it helps... I just did convert MBR 2 GPT on my Windows drive. It took about 5 seconds and zero data loss.
And I didn't even have an EFI System partition.
Just ran: mbr2gpt /convert /allowfullOS from an elevated command prompt.
It created the EFI System partition, moved the System files from my C: drive to the EFI partition, and converted.
