How to make Windows not use a Drive Letter?

    Hello.

I am using a software called SSHFS-Win Manager to be able to connect to SSH on the network.
This software uses a fuse driver which uses for example:
D drive for fuse (though not showing up in File Explorer) and
E drive for the files in SSH connection.
(It uses Drive D because it is the first one available, unfortunately, Windows does the same thing to mount ISOs and USBs to the first drive letter available)

The thing is that when Windows mount ISOs or USBs to D:, my connection is not working.

Is there any way to make Windows not use a drive letter? or
Is there any way to make Windows to connect to an SSH connection on the network (with the hostname, not IP address) every time Windows starts, or go on trying to connect if the connection fails?
(I am also open to software suggestions)

Truthfully, I couldn't connect to SSH by using Windows Add Network Location, as it only accepted FTP, and I didn't want to use that, so I am using a software to connect to SSH.

    Thanks.

Rather than using a drive letter for a drive, you could mount that drive to a folder on another drive using a mount point.

    See this tutorial for details:

Mount Drive to a Folder in Windows 10

As an example, say that you have 2 drives in your system. Rather than assign a letter to the second drive you could have it show up as C:\MountPoints\Drive2 (or whatever path you like).

The software would still use the drive automatically.
    Thanks for the link though.
It is very useful to see different ways of mounting.
I have already been using it to mount 7 partitions in Disk Management.
But this software automatically uses the first drive letter available for something called fuse and that drive does not show up in Disk Management, as it is known to Windows as usable, but actually the SSHFS-Win-Manager is using it.
Either I gotta find a better software for mounting SSH connections in Windows or find a way to connect to SSH or SFTP (not FTP) in Windows.
I will go on checking about SFTP in Windows, though I am still learning and waiting for more replies how to connect to SFTP and mount it automatically.
Again, thanks for the very useful link.
