Certainly the easy way forward is to get a bluetooth adaptor- from as little as £3 on Amazon e.g.

Win 11 provides almost nothing usefully new, and requires a bit of a learning curve. At present the taskbar is LESS functional than Win 10's- drag 'n drop will be added back with the next upgrade. Further, it can't be installed on non-compatible machines without specific minor technical actions (the limitation is in the installer, not the actual O/S).

You mention financial constraints.. by way of an example, this Lenovo t440s laptop is about 8 years old. I bought it from Ebay as an ex-business laptop for about £200 - you can see its specs if you click My Computers below my most. Good keyboard, USB3, HDMI, fingerprint, takes a SIM card (which I don't use), decent screen. It has a small internal battery and a very large laptop battery. Bought originally for travelling, I use it every day. Well supported, solid.
