Synaptics touchpad - scrolling issues after Win7 to Win10 upgrade

    I believe so. Although mine is still listed as a Synaptics touchpad under device manager.

    If the problem reoccurs, you can just use 3rd party apps (make sure that the apps are Win32 and not UWP). Example is Open-Shell.
