    Gigabyte Z390 UD (ver.1.1) & WOL

    Good morning,
first apologise if I am writing in a wrong place.
i just bought a Gigabyte Z390 UD (ver.1.1) motherboard. I'm going crazy to find the WAKE ON LANE setting in the Bios. Can anyone tell me if this card supports it and if so from where it is activated?
    Thank you in advance.

    This is the right forum.

A quick look at the manual finds no mention of wake-on-LAN.

    Thank for your reply.
I have heard the the command should be ErP, but whatever i set it ON or OFF i do not see any LED lighting
on the Network plug on the MB when i hibernate or suspend the PC.
In the Bios i have in the Settings a setting called PLATFORM POWER MANAGEMENT that if i enable it i get
    other three settings called:

    PEG ASPM
    PCH ASPM
    DMI ASPM

and the are all set to ENABLE but still get the problem.
    Please any help?
    Thanks
    Enzo

A little quick Web searching indicates that if ErP is enabled, wake-on-LAN is disabled.

The ASPM settings seem to mostly related to PCI-E power states.

Maybe this tutorial will assist you: How to Enable or Disable Wake on LAN (WOL) in Windows 10

The problem is i do not understand how to set the Bios as the command is not as shown in the video.
    Maybe they have different names.
What i want to to know how can i understand if my motherboard supports or not the WAKE ON LAN.
    Thanks

I don't know whether it can be made to work. Do you get soemthing like this in Device Manager?

I have already set all in the Windows 10.
The problem is in the bios that i do not
understand how to set as i cannot find
    the correct settings.
I have an image of the bios setting but do not know how to add it to the post. Sorry
    Thanks

Sorry, I'm out of my depth here.

Perhaps wake-on-LAN isn't available for that motherboard.

    Sort of a postscript:

That motherboard ought to support wake-on-LAN.

If "erp" is disabled, and latform power management" is disabled, it's not obvious to me what other settings you might need. On my primary motherboard (Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus), the BIOS setting is "Power On by PCI-E". There's nothing like that in your Gigabyte manual.
