C drive full for no reason

I've seen the my c drive is almost completly full, but I know I haven't downloaded anything to it. When I go to storage settings, it says that the 74 GB (which Is what was free before) is now used by apps and features. I enter the screen and I see bearly 56 small apps totaling 1-2 GB. I've searched everywhere on my drive and can't find anything. what can I do?
(I can't even reset my pc because I need to free up space which I can't do)

Hi, you can see how your space is used with this portable program (which you can run from a flash drive):
WizTree Portable (disk space analyzer) | PortableApps.com

If you can get to viewing Properties of C: you can run Disk Cleanup:

This sounds similar to Storage space, does this look right to you? of a few days ago.

But the cause there is still uncertain.

This is my 128GB SSD SATA drive on this 13" Notebook

I don't save much in big files on it, most go to a NAS drive on my network. I consider 64GB as the minimum, those nice small light Notebooks with only 32GB ran into issues a couple three Versions back in not having sufficient space, the 2 I have are running Linux Mint, 11" Dell and 15" Acer.

I found what's taking up space. It's a file named MSIXVC in porgram files --> Windows apps. I cannot delete it tho and I have no idea what it is.

Progress... new one to me, plenty of refs just by searching for MSIXVC...
    This has some good detail:
This error in Windows 10 occupies 70 GB of your hard drive

Seems used by some UWP apps downloaded from the Store, in particular certain games. That link suggests a way to proceed.

I don't have a simple solution for you, but perhaps you have something to investigate carefully.
Do not simply delete it- it looks as though you need to understand what's going on and act logically and cautiously.

The long term solution is to replace your 128 GB drive with a much larger drive like 512 GB or 1 TB.
You can fiddle about finding technical reasons why space is being used up but this will be a continuing waste of your time.
There are guides on here and elsewhere for DIY methods, or get a Laptop repair shop to do it for you.
