Looks like the Via VL805 usb 3.0 driver hasn't been updated since windows 8. There does not seem to be one for windows 10. I found this one. You might have to unzip it and install manually. VIA Labs VL805 USB 3.0 Controller Driver | USB Driver

As far as realtek audio , I do not know what computer you have so do not know what codec it uses. Windows update usually finds it. You should be able to use one of these Realtek servicing drivers from MS. You can click on the driver in blue, then click on the package details tab which gives you the PCI id's of the codecs it applies to. If you do not know your pci id for your sound, I would try the 1st one on the list. If that doesn't work, on older systems I usually try first installing the latest audio driver from your computer manufacturer specific to your system. If an older driver won't install, I have had some luck installing them in compatibility mode. If you can get an older driver to install, windows update should then find any updated driver for it and you will see it under 'optional updates'.
