Windows 10 mouse problem

Hi everyone, I am new to this so going to try and explain it the best I can. I recently built a gaming pc using the parts below, and it all works fine apart from the mouse. It really doesn't feel right, it's as if the sensitivity keeps jumping and when (for example) you drag the cursor from one side of the screen to the other it keeps jumping and getting faster and slower as if the computer keeps freezing or is running really slow and laggy, but it isn't as the mouse does this all the time no matter what I'm doing and the performance of the computer is really good apart from the mouse obviously. I have tried cheap Dell and Lenovo mouse's and my £50 Corsair wired gaming mouse and they all do exactly the same thing and I have tried them in my old Lenovo M58p desktop and they work perfectly fine in that so it must be a fault with my pc. I have also tried adjusting all of the mouse settings such as the mouse sensitivity and nothing seems to work. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Try this....disable Cortana, in fact, there are two ways to do this task. The first option is by launching Cortana from the search bar on the taskbar. Then, from the left pane click the settings button, and under "Cortana" (the first option) and slide the pill switch to the Off position.The second option is by launching the Settings app and on Privacy, go to Speech, inking, & typing, and click Stop getting to know me.

Thank you very much for the replies everyone much appreciated :). I have downloaded the new bios and drivers and i have disabled Cortana. But it is still doing it, anything else it could be? Thanks
