Lenovo ideapad 110 - no wifi device

Have Lenovo ideapad 110 with windows 10 1607 and then 20H2.
It has Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Bluetooth and Wifi adapter.
After windows recovery Wifi adapter started to disappear from device manager (after start it's seldom here).
I tried live linux and device is missing here also.
    Bluetooth device is always present.
I've tried newest BIOS update, but it didn't solve this issue. Wifi is mostly like it's not present.
    When it's present it's on PCI 3 dev 0 function 0.

Assuming that you mean you booted to Linux {operating as an independent OS and not as some VM within Windows}, I'd say your problem is a hardware one.

I think you should get the relevant service manual so you know how to take your computer apart then you can re-seat [take out & put straight back in] your WiFi adapter.

If the problem persists then the adapter itself would seem to be defective and ought to be replaced.
    - You could use your computer manual or searches of / posting in the Lenovo website to find out the specs you need in any replacement.
    - When I replaced a built-in WiFi adapter I also read through the likely-looking Amazon product pages to make sure it explicitly stated compatibility with my model & I read through the user reviews to make sure at least one user had successfully used it in my model.

    Best of luck,
    Denis

Agree.. most likely hardware. seems it's from around 2017 so not 'old'.

Are all other devices configured as listed by Device Manager?

If you feel it's worth playing any further...
I suppose you could try Safe Mode with Networking.

And you could try Lenovo System Update

    many thanks for suggestions.
    Airplane mode is disabled.
I've tried some lenovo auto update tool and it didn't find wifi adapter also.
=> So it must be hw problem.
I saw somewhere someone went to BIOS and just saved and it worked since this moment. Not my case. No matter if I switched Wireless in BIOS on or off.
So I managed to disassembly nb and going to reseat wifi card.
I've also removed CMOS Battery to reset BIOS.
    Wish me luck

Well done. Always nice to have a happy ending.

You might well never need to reseat the WiFi card again. I had to in Spring 2017, on a computer that was only a few months old, and it has been fine ever since.
