The above partition 5 contains the applicable Windows RE.
The following partition 1 is not needed.

One Recovery partition is probably from Macrium Reflect (I think). I could test that by deleting MR Recovery on the main disk.

Most backup software has teeny partitions like that.
I remember that Minitools Partition Wizard, could see them.

Back before GPT disks, most backup software would say: Only three primary partitions allowed, because this backup software needs a very small partition. MBR disks were only allowed 4 primary partitions.

I'm doing an extra full system backup right now. Will try to get rid of all Re and un-allocated partitions.
In the mean time:

My go-to program with problematic drives is the GPARTED LiveCD, boot to it outside of Windows. The boot part is based on Linux. I also have it on a Linux Mint Desktop with a USB Dock for working with SATA drives. It can also format large drives such as 500GB as FAT32, gets past the Windows 32GB limit but not the 4GB single-file-size issue.

Good idea, I also have a live Mint on USB with Gparted.
