I had to do a fresh full install of Win 10 Home 64bit on my HP Laptop Pavilion X360
The install went well and everything is working and now have Win10 Build 19042.928
The only issues are I have a bunch of devices without any drivers.
Unable to tell what they are for.
Can you help me?
I have all the drivers from HP but think it may be related to my Intel chipset

Post images of the findings.
Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

I had tried a couple of driver updater tools (which I wouldn't normally use) to see if there was a quick and easy fix, but the MS Catalog/hardware id approach was really quick. However you have more drivers missing.
Also please post your drivers download page for your exact PC model (alas, almost no poster ever does this and sometimes can't even find it). It will be something like this:

Open Windows update -> Check for Updates -> Check additional updates -> Driver Updates to see if there is something offered there.
Otherwise, get latest chipset drivers for your HP laptop from HP's webpage.

Have done all the HP setup as well as the Intel driver setup and all goes well but it seems I still have missing drivers.
Have deleted the unknowns and rebooted many time and still unknowns exist.
dalchina it seems to be exactly your issue on your computer.
I think it directly related to the MS Win10 update.
I will wait and see what happens over the comping days and weeks.
Will keep this thread open and NOT solved until we or MS find a final solution.

I can say for myself I do pretty much clean installs. Since last year I get the same what you have marked in your Device Manager. It's never been like this before... and believe it is related to MS new policy of delivering drivers.
My solution:
Install most of the intel - system - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx optional updates. If they appear with exactly same name, date, version few times, install all of them. Leave your other hardware drivers /Realtek, printer, Synaptics, in my case/ alone:
After every optional update install, check the situation in Device Manager, you'll see that the unknown devices will start to get less and less.
I recall for sure that last time on 17.03.2021, when I clean installed my HP, I did the 3 optional updates, marked bellow in red plus there was someting like intel DPFT - install them both as well:
