USB Driver issues, Microsoft wireless receiver

    Yes, it was made for an Xbox 360. However, it worked fine connecting to the 360 Wireless receiver on Windows 7--and I used it as my primary headset when gaming or using Google Hangouts/Skype/etc. with no issues.

    Read back on my other post,i edited more, check the recording tab in Sound properties as this has a mic too. Read troubleshooting on links given.

    It doesn't appear anywhere in Sound, either Recording or Playback tab (was originally under playback, I believe). Troubleshooting unfortunately doesn't help, but sent a customer service request through.

    Not sure what else to try to suggest. Stated was made for XBOX 360 as said many brands make these items also have no way of knowing exactly which one yours is. Now not sure this might matter to the issues, just may not be compatible with Windows 10 yet. Wireless USB receiver we knew is, from mine shown and yours shows in Devices. Tried Windows compatibility center came u with many headsets shown to be compatible, but not one similar to your description.
