    unknown object

The attachment has a sticky paper on the round end and a device to plug into a PC port.
When I peel the paper back a bit on the round end it seems to be a sticky substance to anchor it to a surface.
The round end has no visible holes to be a mic or serve any purpose.
DO you know what this is used for?

    Hello @maranna,

Are there no numbers or writing on it that you can Google?
It looks like an audio jack or such like on one end.

What was the purpose of acquiring it?
How did you acquire it? Do you have paperwork that identifies it?

The reason I am asking is because I have no literature, found it among some cables and there were no identifying marks at all on it. It is a puzzle but may serve a purpose.

By gosh I think you have identified it. Perhaps it came with some thing like a stereo set I was given.
If I am correct it enhances the signal with the device that you are using.
The grand prize is yours for the asking.
    LOL, and thank you.
It is likely no use to me but satisfying to know what it is. You are an excellent Sherlock.
