I'd imagine most here would tell you not to rely on a driver update program.
I'd either:
1: do nothing at all unless I thought I had driver issues of some type.
or
2: go directly to the company website and download the newest drivers from there...Intel, Realtek, Nvidia

You have a Dell PC.
A third choice would be to go to Dell directly and see what they offer for your particular model.
Or do nothing. Nothing wrong with that if you don't have problems.
