WIN 10 - boot loop / inaccessible boot device HELP

    Hi,

    I could not boot into Windows by any means. Tried to use USB with an install created via Media Creation Tool, but to no avail.
    Secure boot is disabled in BIOS.

    But you can boot with USB media. You said that you tried to fix boot with Macrium?

    Can you set the M.2 slot, that your SSD is in, in SaTA mode? One of slots on your motherboard has option to set it in SATA or PCIe mode. Put your SSD in that slot and set it to SATA.

    One more question: can you see your SSD in BIOS?

    With Macrium I was able to boot to this specific environment. All SSDs are seen by BIOS. I do not know how I should swap them as I have no idea which slot is SATA.

    Well, you have System Image. You can play a bit. If you have spare computer you can run it in virtual system and see what's going on.

    If clean install is real pain, I would wipe this SSD clean, and clean install new Windows, then boot into Macrium environment and replace C: Windows with old partition. Just C:, not EFI and restore. Then run Fix boot. Assuming you only have C: on this SSD.

    This will take you about 30 minutes.
