Can't Pair Bluetooth Keyboard - any ideas?

    Hi Guys,
I've got a Windows 10 Pro build 19041 that I'm trying to Pair a Logitech K810 keyboard to. It used to work fine for a few months and then started playing up and now I when putting the keyboard in pairing mode can't even see it when looking to add a bluetooth device in Win 10. I do manage to easily pair it to my Android phone. Just for some strange reason Windows can't detect it.

I've tried uninstalling in device manager, updating driver but no new driver installed. and restarted Bluetooth services as well.
Any other ideas would be much appreciated.

    thanks.

Are you using the Logitech unifying receiver? If yes are you using the Logitech unifying software to add the keyboard to the PC?

That was my thought at first until I realized the Logitech K810 keyboard is strictly a Bluetooth keyboard.

    Instructions for setup - https://www.logitech.com/assets/4651...board-k810.pdf

If you want to customize the keyboard, you'd use the Logitech Setpoint software. It is not used for connection purposes.

As for why the OP can't get BT to connect, they might check the BT adapter is working and/or has the latest drivers.

I wonder if you need to click the easy switch key to connect to the PC again.
Logitech support pages suggest it can take up to 5 minutes for the PC to download & install the drivers.

I have a few Logitech keyboards. Currently using their Craft keyboard along with their MX Master 2S mouse.

I doubt that's the issue. Plus, if the Bluetooth drivers are already installed for the BT adapter, the keyboard wouldn't need to download drivers to connect - that's simply a radio transmission.

The support pages I checked were for the K810 keyboard. It is strange it would take 5 minutes to connect though.
