i have this error printer works fine when printing document but when it prints picture this happens.
The center part of the picture is missing but the sides have the exact print this happened on my 3 computers in the office both computers affected received the latest windows update

Microsoft has acknowledged that there are still printing issues with the latest March updates. Even after the out of band update meant to address the BSOD printing related issues. Take a look at this article for some specific details:

Yep, as mentioned the fix has caused that problem. I don’t know if another fix has been released but I would check Windows update regularly for the fix.
There was a second out of band fix that Microsoft just released yesterday to address these issues. You might want to try that to see if it helps.
