i got it today and the part looks really good, like it is the same camera spacing. I will post pics and the serial number printed on its label it goes with later, right now too tired, been working on my Diesel Ram exhaust today to replace the muffler. the part does not match exactly the amazon image which i think is a good thing.

full model number for digitizer from packaging bag says Q504U B15T26, so pretty glad it looks the right part. So far they have been only one that had a part that is right looking.

well, its dead, will never be fixed the touch screen. The digitizer from LCDOLED is the right one, but does not function. So new motherboard, different cable, different digitizer, still no go, you got to know when to quit. So if 2 digitizers and 2 cables cant make it work, only other possibility is new motherboard is defective only for the touch screen function, hard to imagine it though. So I am returning the digitizer. and giving up. I will only repair desktop PC from now on.

There is no command. the number was on the packaging for the digitizer. The new digitizer looked to be an exact perfect match.

Can you not get the information from the Baseboard Parameter in CMD Prompt . . .

    Code:

wmic baseboard get product, manufacturer, version, serialnumber

I decided to try one last thing, buy a new cmos cable from aliexpress for $9.
The new digitizer plugged in did nothing, no change either in device manager.
Windows does not see the hardware, and touch did not work in bios (supposed to work in bios)
I returned it and seller said it checked out ok, good (new digitizer)
I have a new motherboard in the notebook pc
The only thing left logically is the cable.
The other cable I had tried and have returned was used but supposedly good from an ebay seller and had the touch board too.
